By accessing, registering for, or using Iyal Surveys, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the policies referenced within them.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not create an account or use the platform.

About Iyal Surveys

Iyal Surveys is a survey-rewards platform operated by Iyal Couch Global Ventures And Business Solutions, a business registered in Nigeria.

The platform provides users with access to survey and reward opportunities made available through Iyal Surveys and participating third-party partners.

Eligibility

Users must satisfy the applicable eligibility requirements for Iyal Surveys and for individual survey opportunities.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and truthful information when registering and when participating in surveys.

Individual survey providers may impose additional requirements based on location, demographics, survey criteria, or other factors.

Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account.

Each person may maintain only one Iyal Surveys account, unless Iyal Surveys expressly authorizes otherwise.

You must not register using false information, another person's identity, or information intended to conceal your actual identity or activity.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization, please contact support promptly.

Surveys, Third-Party Providers & Embedded Content

Surveys available through Iyal Surveys may be supplied by independent third-party survey companies, research networks, offerwall providers, or other partners.

Survey content may be delivered through iframes, embedded pages, APIs, offerwalls, links, or other integrations.

When you interact with third-party survey content, the relevant provider may independently process information through your browser, device, cookies, or other technologies according to its own privacy notice and terms.

Survey availability, qualification, completion status, and reward amounts may be determined by the relevant provider.

The appearance of a survey does not guarantee that you will qualify for or receive a reward from it.

Rewards & Reward Reversals

Rewards are credited based on information received from our survey and reward partners and may be subject to verification.

A reward that initially appears in your account may later be reversed, adjusted, rejected, or removed if the relevant provider determines that a completion was invalid, incomplete, duplicated, fraudulent, manipulated, or otherwise ineligible.

Pending, rejected, reversed, fraudulent, or invalid rewards may not be eligible for withdrawal.

Withdrawals & Payouts

Users may request a withdrawal once they have reached the applicable minimum withdrawal amount and satisfied the requirements displayed within their account.

A withdrawal may require additional review where account activity, survey activity, reward history, payment information, or security signals require verification.

Processing may take longer where additional verification is required, request volume is unusually high, maintenance is taking place, a payment provider experiences delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control occur.

Users are responsible for providing accurate payment information. Iyal Surveys is not responsible for payment failures caused by incorrect information supplied by the user.

Fraud, Abuse & Security

Iyal Surveys may use reasonable security and fraud-prevention measures to protect users, survey partners, rewards, and the platform.

These measures may involve reviewing account activity, IP information, device information, survey behavior, reward activity, withdrawal activity, and other relevant security signals.

Users must not attempt to bypass, manipulate, interfere with, or exploit Iyal Surveys or third-party survey systems.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using bots, scripts, automation, or unauthorized software.
• Providing false or misleading survey information.
• Manipulating survey completions or reward tracking.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities.
• Using another person's account or identity.
• Attempting to obtain rewards through fraudulent activity.

Prohibited Activities

You must not use Iyal Surveys for unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

This includes attempting to obtain rewards through manipulation of survey systems, technical exploits, false information, unauthorized automation, or other prohibited methods.

You must also comply with the rules and requirements applicable to the third-party survey services you use.

Account Suspension & Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account where we reasonably identify activity that violates these Terms, applicable partner requirements, or applicable law.

An account may also be temporarily restricted while suspected fraud, abuse, security issues, or disputed reward activity is reviewed.

Where an account is terminated because of prohibited activity, rewards reasonably determined to be fraudulent, manipulated, invalid, or improperly obtained may be withheld or removed, subject to applicable law.

Account Balances

Your displayed balance may include rewards that remain subject to verification or later adjustment by a survey provider.

Only valid and confirmed rewards are eligible for withdrawal.

If an account is restricted or terminated, the balance and related activity may be reviewed before determining what amount, if any, remains payable.

Third-Party Services

Iyal Surveys may use third-party services for surveys, payment processing, hosting, analytics, authentication, security, and other platform functions.

These providers may operate under their own terms, privacy notices, eligibility requirements, and service limitations.

Privacy & Personal Data

Our collection and use of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy .

Information may be processed for purposes including account management, surveys, rewards, withdrawals, security, fraud-prevention, dispute handling, and applicable legal obligations.

Third-party survey providers may independently process information when you interact with their survey content.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Iyal Surveys name, branding, website design, logos, text, graphics, software, and other platform materials are owned by or used by Iyal Surveys under applicable rights.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit platform materials without appropriate authorization.

Platform Availability

We aim to keep Iyal Surveys available and functioning reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The platform may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, security measures, third-party service issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Iyal Surveys will not be responsible for losses arising solely from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including interruptions or failures caused by third-party services, payment providers, internet connectivity, or survey providers.
